Duplex Dynasty, founded in 2021, the owners had a terrible experience when staying at a short-term rental back in 2018 and decided to make lemons into lemonade and break into the hospitality real estate industry. Since then, Duplex Dynasty has expanded to 3 units in Houston and Austin, TX, with plans to expand to other markets. Additionally, 4 more new construction units are in progress. These new homes will range from 500 sq ft to 800 sq ft.
